I’m Kevin, the new Managing Director of Setster. I’ve been working behind the scenes for the past couple of months, making sure Setster continues to provide you the best appointment scheduling solutions — and it is great to be here!
You’ll be hearing from me routinely, as my aim with each outpost is rather simple: we want you to know that we’re real, live human beings on the other end of your computer screen. Whether you have questions, comments, support issues or anything in between, we are here to help — and we want to hear from you.
Through our weekly blog posts and monthly email newsletters, it is my goal to establish two-way communication with you, our customers, to discuss how you utilize Setster to interact with…your customers. I’m excited to be introducing a case-study featurette, whereby Setster users can showcase their businesses through interactive interviews. Stay tuned to future posts for more information on how to submit your business for consideration…
I’m also looking forward to introducing another dialogue between us: new Setster features. I’ll explain how the New Feature Request Forum is being used by our customers, as well as talk about some exciting changes on the way within the next few months.
