We’re really excited to be working with GetApp, one of the foremost online app marketplaces.
Here at Setster, we truly love GetApp. As a consumer, you can browse, compare, review and sign-up for literally thousands of SaaS- and cloud-based apps. Simply search GetApp’s directory for a company or app-category you’re seeking. Compare like-apps, similar companies, price-points, etc.
As a SaaS-solution or cloud-app integrated with GetApp, one of the most beneficial resources is lead-generation. With Setster, for instance, a customer can request a demo or request more information — such as Enterprise Account pricing.
From our perspective, as a SaaS scheduling solution ourselves, the most valuable opportunity in integrating with GetApp is the review-functionality. Our product is truly only as good as our least satisfied customer, and we pride ourselves in providing utmost quality assurance and customer support.
To my knowledge, I don’t know when a bad product review has ever encouraged me to connect further with a product. Sure, if I read about some isolated instances or things that have been fixed long ago, I might forgive a couple of low-rated reviews. But ultimately, I am going to go with the solution I feel most comfortable with — both in terms of how it may suite my needs, but also in regards to what actual customers think and feel about their experience.
The GetApp crew was really interested in working with us, and actually wrote a knockout-review of Setster — right down to the bare-bones nuts-and-bolts mechanics behind the scenes. It was well-written, objective and unbiased, super-well-written and — as Managing Director — made me proud.
So here’s a personal request, from me to you: if you use Setster, and if you LIKE what it does for your business, for managing your schedule, your appointments, your time and your LIFE, then please share your thoughts with others ~ click this button and jot us some love.
Oh, and ~ over the next month, I’ll be announcing a giveaway to current account holders that leave us reviews on GetApp. Keep an eye out on our blog, Facebook Page and Twitter Feed for more details soon…
